Worst experience in professional healthcare that I ever experienced. The staff was inexperienced and the paint afterward was unbearable that I had to go to the ER and stay there for couple weeks because of internal infections of my abortion.

I will never come here again .. So unorganized. They made my appointment for 2:00 and I'm still sitting here waiting. Doctor just arrived a bit ago and I'm sitting here still waiting even though I'm supposed to be the first one to be seen. Horrible experience!

From the moment I spoke with the receptionist on the phone, I knew that I was dealing with people that cared. They were constantly concerned with my state of mind and my comfort level and they were constantly reassuring. They answered all my questions patiently. When I finally decided to go back home to NY to have the procedure done, they couldn't have been more helpful or cooperative. It was not about the money. It was about me getting the service that I needed in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere. They made all the arrangements.

My partner and I walked out feeling so calmed, well taken care of and like we could have hugged every staff member. Once again I just wanted to take a moment to thank every person your office for doing what you do. There are many people who argue and disagree, but I felt it was necessary to tell you how appreciative I am of your clinic amd services. You truly give women like me the opportunity to plan our own families and have control over that. Without you and your services, my life would be so different and I’m very thankful.
