Team was very friendly, and end results very happy with the product. It was not always clear what we were waiting for at times, and there were really long wait times. We also did not always feel the environment was COVID safe. Multiple employees were either not wearing a mask properly, pulling it down below their nose and mouth when sitting indoors in the open area, or taking them off entirely when in an office but with an open door to the main showroom where everyone else was waiting indoors. Had to remind and ask them multiple times to put their mask on and to wear over their nose. They were receptive and always pulled it up but we had to keep reminding constantly.

Super, ultra happy with the service deptarment. Jenna is great! She's always really helpful, great with paperwork, and my wife & I love the loaner vehicle option. I always feel like like I'm taken care of here. Quick in-and-out and quality work. Keep up the great work and I'll keep bringing you guys our Crosstrek! :)

This review is to inform anyone that uses the Part Department. I called to make an order to replace a Wheel on my Subaru WRX. The Part's Department asked for my Vehicle Information and gave me time to get my VIN Number to them so they can double check the Part I needed. That was very much appreciated. I get emailed my order form and was told to fill it out and send back to the Parts Department so the Part can be ordered. I due my diligence and do the order form and return to the Service Department. I get emailed the next day saying because of a Policy , they are unable to process my order because first time orders have to be shipped to the Specified Billing Address. I had to email and cancel my order and am very disappointed with Subaru. Honestly if I move or am working in a different area than my billing address and I Pay MY OWN SHIPPING ON MY ORDER, and \per policy\ that can't be done, than what sense is their where I can choose where to send a part I ordered and paid for and chose to have it shipped. Honestly this is why Subaru is a joke of a Company. I would have been fine with being notified of this before hand, not after I ordered, paid for my order, paid for my shipping and then having an email saying they can't move forward per policy. It is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard and the World deserves to know how insane and the inexperience it is getting parts ordered from Subaru. Sadly this is the reason why I will never own a Subaru ever again.

I went into Tacoma Subaru with the intention of trading in two cars for a new car. I had a set intention of what I was willing to pay for the car, how much cash I was wanting to put down and not only did they meet my request but they BEAT IT! You guys I can’t tell you enough that the people that work here (specifically Jenna Yates) made it all happen!! They didn’t upsell us on a thing and I couldn’t be more thankful. The car I wanted wasn’t on the lot so Jenna drove to Puyallup to pick it up for us. Then we requested my tires from my old car be put on my new car (we had just bought new all terrain tires) and they did that free of charge for us!! Best experience buying a car ever. Thank you Tacoma Subaru and thank you Jenna!! I will be back for years to come and tell everyone how wonderful you all are.

Our son is in the Army and we live in Florida. His vehicle required major repairs and Darryl took the best care of his vehicle at Tacoma Subaru. Darryl is hands down one of the best people we have ever interacted with. He was so professional and kind and customer oriented.
