I had the pipe work in my 1970s house renewed and radiators relocated. The 3 guys were quick and tidy. Andy was always helpful and willing to go out of his way. I would recommend and use this company again.

Professional, quick, clean expert installation of my new gas combi boiler. Would recommend Synergy Gas Services in Coventry to all. (not to be confused with a different Synergy Gas company, as some previous reviews have!)

This company cannot be trusted. I recently bought a property and was asked by the conveyance attorney to have the boiler and heating system inspected to ensure that this did not need to be repaired. When I spoke to the technician I emphasised that he needed to check everything so that any work that needed to be done had to be reported before the sale was finalised. He assured me that everything was fine and said that there would be 'no surprises' when I had the system serviced once the sale had been completed. When he came to do the service a few weeks later he told me that I needed a new boiler. When I responded strongly to this, he told me I should be grateful that he told me because he could have just kept quiet about this. He then phoned a colleague and after the call told me that my boiler was fine and did not need to be replaced. They charge a few pounds less than the other companies but in the long run cost you more.

Fitted my boiler a year ago, very professional, just service my boiler yesterday and again very friendly and professional. See you next year
