This was my second course with TCP Training. First with my White Card (2020) their trainer was excellent. Second with Forklift training (2021). I cannot recommend Kylie highly enough, she certainly knows her stuff... I highly recommend TCP Training. I am one very happy forklift driver ;) Thankyou TCP.

My fault for not reading reading through all of the course details but if you're fitness trainer like myself, it's worth noting that this is not an accredited CPR course. After inquiring about a refund, I was told the answer is that I'm not eligible and to refer to the refund policy and no alternative solutions. That's just lazy customer service in my book.
I had delay, but no one was there to unlock the entry door. Trainer didn't let me stay in class, he was like North Korean president "Dictator" i've got very bad feeling when he was tried to kick me out from class. And now these guys don't want refund my money, they wanna get money for nothing from my packet.
It was great coarse The teachers are patient very helpful I have not study in a long time and I was not confordent but now I know I can do it and This is second coarse I have done my barrister course and my food and safety supervisor and I am glad I pick this training centre and next week I am in rolled in RSA and I am looking forward to doing it
I paid 500 for a traffic control combo course, the course was actually very good along with the tutors was very good. The issues is the course does not give you the license. You are still required to find your own work experience and pay a additional 150 for a following assessment day. I really can't find any work experience as all the companies are far too busy. The only option I have is to pay another 300 to get my license. I would recommend that you book with license 4 work as for 500 you are able to get your full license and not left down 500 with no work opportunity.
Great instructor for the White Card however Super rude an unresponsive staff and Operations Manager. Fees are also very pricey and to re-book you need to pay an extra 50 fee! What a rip off!! And on top of that when I finally made the payment they took the payment and hung up the phone straight away without a "Thank you". No wonder the 1 star reviews from previous students!!
I don’t recommend TCP Training. If u required rebook/more training pls remember you have to pay extra fees.Very Pricey and worst policy. License 4 work is the best.
Had a great trainer Tracy! Great RSA course. The notes they email prior are very good, and allow you to study most of it before you arrive. Thank you!!
