We went to the showroom and was interested in the Radiance 80W and was quoted a price around 1,500. The salesman was helpful and informative. We then went to Kembrey to compare prices only to find the actual cost is around 749. On line can be slightly cheaper. Either they make a very high markup or they saw 2 older people and thought we were stupid! Disappointed
