This is a firm I used for many years with excellent service. I went back this year only to be given wrong advice. When I questioned them they withdrew from the case billing me for the pleasure. When I asked for a meeting with the partners they sent the account to debt collection and added fees for that. Still waiting for resolution.

I had the misfortune to be down a chain where this firm were acting The Solicitor concerned would not answer calls and the delays were unfathomable Six families had a legitimate expectation to be moved before Xmas only for it not to happen When I eventually personally rang the solicitor involved I received utter discourtesy and no explanation I’m still angry about it months later
