So far I have been meeting with the providers to see what is best for my health. Each provider I have worked with has been so helpful. The front office staff is easy to work with and very kind. The Nursing staff have been very informative on the processes and making feel so comfortable. They have also accommodated my busy schedule to get me in as soon as possible. I look forward to continuing my health care with them and finding a great plan to help bring me back to the healthy person I should be.

My wife had lap-band to gastric sleeve revision in Feb 2020, they did an excellent job and she has no compilations. Recovery was better than expected and we went to the movies 2 days after surgery. Another weight loss clinic did not want to do the surgery but Dr. Sung was able to do it with no issues and gave her a new chance at life.

The program is unorganized. You never know who you are going to see. They just schedule you with whomever is open. The quality of care is poor. Not because the Drs are bad, they cram so many patients in a day the Drs don't have time to give you quality care. It's a money making machine. It's a \team\ approach which leaves you wondering how many people actually work there. No way to build a relationship where you feel secure there. I felt like a number. Everyone's too busy to help you. Forget about getting any pain medication after surgery. You get tylenol. Don't have your surgery in Issaquah.
