I ordered custom cabinets from Swedish Door and the entire process was very smooth! Their response time was quick and all questions were answered. I ordered the doors in Mirage Grey and they turned out perfect! When the doors arrived 1 of them had a chip in it. I emailed my Swedish Door contact and he immediately fixed the issue and had the door remade and shipped to me. If you are able and willing to install your own doors, then this is the BEST and most affordable option!

We have been very pleased with both the quality of the materials and the customer service from Swedish Door. I had a very positive experience with Swedish Door. From the initial contact to working through several design iterations for my IKEA kitchen, I was well supported. I am very pleased with the final outcome. The doors wash very easily to remove any finger prints and the style give a real custom look to the kitchen. Would definitely recommend this local business.

Horrible customer service. The doors looks great in our kitchen but came with many scratches. We ordered in two rounds and pointed out the second round imperfections the moment they were unwrapped in our home. We were blamed for the scratches and told they did not like to be accused of sloppy work. This came after our first order was to be delivered on a Wednesday or Thursday on our covered porch, neither was confirmed. Our neighbour called us because he noticed a pallet on our shared laneway and it was about to rain (it did within half an hour). Thankful for our neighbour so our new doors didn't get soaked. Definitely hold a sour taste in our mouth from this experience and could not recommend.

Swedish Door stained and painted a bamboo countertop for my kitchen island in early 2018. They are experts in treating bamboo. The quality of work is superb! Two years after, the surface is still warm, smooth and velvety to touch. Highly recommend!
