Wish I could give you 0 stars. Called about snow removal. Guy says he still has some plows out and he would call me back in 30 minutes to let me know when someone would be there... no problem. An hour goes by so I call him again, he says he's just waiting for a call back from one of the guys and he would call me back right away, it shouldn't be more than 10 minutes. Okay. After another hour and 15 minutes I decided to call and after 5 attempts, all unanswered, i figured no one was coming. I understand completely if no one can come through, but at least have the decency to notify the customer because now it's 8:30 at night and my family has to start shoveling our way out. Very unprofessional.
