I called the appliance team late on Friday afternoon when my washing machine broke down and they made an appointment to visit on the following Monday afternoon. The engineer Craig called as arranged and diagnosed a new pump was required, I then paid the call out fee and was told to expect a call with the cost of the repair to include the new pump and labour . I received a phone call at 9.30am on the Tuesday morning stating the cost, from which the original call out fee would be deducted, the new pump would be ordered and hopefully would be with them by the week-end. I received a call on Friday afternoon confirming the pump had arrived and my machine would be repaired on Monday morning. Craig called at approx 10.15am this Monday morning, fitted the new pump and left the machine running as good as new. Having previously had another local engineer out to look at the fault who said he could not help me as it was a big job, I have been well pleased with the Appliance Team, a professional response to my call for help and a job well done at a fair price.

Took my kenwood mixer in .paid 15 for them to look at it. They said the motor was gone and it would cost 160 to repair. I decided not to go ahead with the repair as a new motor costs less than 60.00 to buy. Took it elsewhere and was told that the motor hadn't even been removed from the casing to test it. And the motor is fine, just one of the brushes had slipped. No parts needed. Mixer now works perfectly. Total ripoff .
So easy to just replace electrical items but here is someone who will repair them and reduce waste in the environment Reasonable cost and very swift turn around Good communication Good regard to minimise Covid risks with efficient drop off and pick up at the premises
They had the goods in stock, price was fair and dispatch was really quick. What more would anyone want ?
