Contacted this company regarding fault with Sharp dishwasher, took several calls to get response and arrange a visit. Was told that the engineer would call to arrange time slot on day mentioned. No call but engineer just turned up and said he had lost phone number which in this day and age is hard to swallow when it would be on his phone list and it seems from other clients is a regular excuse. He then promptly walked in with no mask on and made his way to kitchen, would have at least expected him to ask if that was ok but no. He took appliance to bits and rectified fault or so we thought. Paid call out fee of 40 and for 2 weeks dishwasher worked ok. The fault has now returned exactly as before so have contacted Appliance Repair Services to give them the opportunity to return and correct the fault. Have got through to Warren the engineer who looked at our appliance and was assured we would get a call to arrange a visit, never happened,probably lost our number again. How this company conducts it affairs is unprofessional and in regards to back up service it's non existent in my view Would not recommend to others.
