Beautiful shop, wonderful people and the most amazing service. Thank you to Allison and the team for making my experience of wedding dress shopping so special, you were so helpful and professional. Every bride should be made to feel how I felt on that day - there really are no words to describe how perfect it was. In one appointment, I found my dream dress and we even found outfits for my mother and aunty. We had the most incredible day, it will definitely be a day that we will never forget. Thank you!!

Amazing experience ! Me, my sisters and mum were soooo happy with how the day went. Allison really did make it such a wonderful day ! She made us feel so welcomed and relaxed and most importantly helped me say ‘yes to the dress’. I Would 100% recommend anyone who might be looking for a wedding dress to come to Allison Jaynes ! They were fabulous :)
Had such a lovely experience today at the Swansea store and actually said \YES TO THE DRESS\! Cannot fault the experience from start to finish, what an absolutely lovely team! Sarah was our wedding consultant today, and she was extremely polite and I felt at ease in her capable hands!
I just said yes to the dress!! Sarah was amazing, she listened to exactly what I wanted and actually found the dress within the first minute! She’s a genius. The ladies at Allison Jayne couldn’t have been more friendly and I’m looking forward to going back for a fitting and a chat! :) They also found a possible outfit for my mum! Thank you Sarah so much. Horrible experience! Allison Jayne - The appointment we had with you last week was an upsetting and humiliating experience. I would like you to take advice from two reputable shops visited. 1. Why did we pay for an appointment? We were not asked for money at the reputable shops. They found this unbelievable! 2. Why did you really change the appointment to 3.30? My daughter was told it was because her profile of dresses consisted of quite a number of dresses so a longer appointment was needed, YET there was not a profile of dresses there when we EVENTUALLY got seen! 3 I say eventually because we were kept standing waiting for 15 minutes which I believe would have been longer than 15 mins had I not politely mentioned something. We were told that the delay was because the current appointment could not choose between two dresses. I suggest you gently guide your current appointment to the time left and suggest another appointment instead of overrunning. I felt humiliated and upset for both myself and my beautiful, sweet natured daughter at at having to stand and wait. Being invited to sit somewhere while a rearranged appointment is being delayed without notice is another piece of advice you may want to take on board. 4 Why on earth did you try to alleviate your embarrassment at the shambles by saying there had been confusion by the sheer number of ladies with the same first and last name as my daughter! Really!!! Hearing you say this would have been laughable had we not had such a horrible experience. I did not want to click on any star but would not allow me to post without clicking on one!
