Very nice people and very efficient at what they do. Need a quick install of a cold air intake and they fit me in where they could and did a perfect job. Sean was very helpful & also checked up on me after my service to make sure my car was running normally. So if you go, ask for him. Would definitely go back for other car needs.

I paid 150 just for diagnostics for nothing. This service station is not trustable since the technician suggested that the break switch be replaced. I already had it replaced a month ago for another issue. Stay away with this station. Update: The service manager said that they did not find any code and estimated 1,600 to fix both check engine and vsc lights on. I went to another shop, where they replaced a gas cap for the old one for 30. The problem has been solved for 30, NOT for 1,600. The worst shop I've ever experienced. I wish I could give this station negative 5 stars. I added photos for evidence which people can see by searching for Suwanee service station on google map. Here's a response from the owner. Response from the owner a day ago Mr. Kim. Thank you for your feedback. Please contact me so we can review the diagnostics service you are speaking of. My records show that an estimate was created for you to replace one of your catalytic converters. The primary concern is recorded as being that your check engine light and vsc warning lights were displayed on your gauge cluster. A failed catalytic converter can and will cause the check engine light to be displayed until repairs are made. It is very likely that with your vehicle having over 180,000 miles it is still equipped with the original converters. Please stop by at your convenience so we can take moreroof time to go over the condition your vehicle is experiencing and try to explain how the system works in a clearer way. Thank you, and please reconsider your review.

I have been taking my SUV here for 6 years. Every time the staff is courteous, professional and fast. Lately, Sean and his team have taken care of my tires, transmission, oil changes and any other concerns that I have. They always stand by their work and treat me with honesty, courtesy and expediency. They always check everything out and advise me of any problems they see. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Thanks to everyone at Suwanee Service Station for all the great work and service you provide!

We take all of our cars there. However what makes me feel comfortable is my teenagers are not scared to go there and get their car serviced. They are very professional, communicates and are always on time. I truly appreciate Sean''s follow up to make sure we are happy. I will continue to to spread the word of this local business to my colleagues, peers, community and friends.

If I could give no stars I would. We had an oil \change\ done on our car, only to have the check engine light come on a little later. Being nervous, we paid for a mechanic to come to the house and check out the car. It turns out there was too much oil in the car and the oil was black...Suwanee Service Station had not drained the oil, only added more! When I called Suwanee Service Station, the manager on the phone was incredibly rude and said they'd need to look at the car. I wanted him to explain how looking at the clean oil now in the car from the mechanic we paid to come do it would help and offered to show video and have him talk to the mechanic. He refused and hung up on me! The amount of unprofessional, rude behavior coupled with an incompetent, dishonest mechanic who couldn't/wouldn't do a proper oil change is mind boggling. (Attached pic is the oil from the car. Video available on request.) **Update** My husband went down there, and ironically all thry are able to do is \offer us a free future oil change\. As if I would take our car there when they didn't do a proper oil change the first time! Are you kidding? Would you go back to a surgeon that botched your surgery?
