Really liked how they destroyed two weeks worth of underwear! Sent three bags of clothes, actually quite happy they've lost only two of them! Also, since they would always wash *everything* with 90C, we kindly added a note not to wash it like that. Unfortunately, they only confirmed what we already anticipated...
