This location has a mighty fine bathroom. In the summer they have AC and so I go and eat my lunch there.

They were able to see me without an appointment and at the last minute because I was having issues with airline requirements. The team saw my furbabies and verified their paperwork was good. The staff was friendly and patient and very helpful.

The staff is professional and well-trained. The took tender care of my two dogs while performing the exams and giving the shots. My only suggestion is to have the building fitted for a door buzzer so the staff knows when an appointment is waiting outside the building.

This veterinary clinic is grossly understaffed, resulting in service that is subpar to those in the community. This should be remedied by offering someone more than 8/ hour to answer the phone and work the front counter.

I hate that I have to rely on this vet clinic for so many of my pet's needs. There have been multiple times I've had an appointment scheduled, where I've taken time off work to bring my pet from my house off base, only to show up to find out that they've cancelled my appointment without notifying me. Their services are limited. They cannot kennel animals after business hours. They're frequently closed for training, inventory, or whatever else they can come up with as an excuse to get out of work for the day. They work so infrequently, I wish I would have reconsidered joining the Navy so I could be a veterinarian tech, because then I'd have a pretty cake life. If I could go out in town exclusively for everything vet related, I would, but I unfortunately don't speak Italian anywhere near well enough to do so.
