Jimmy He was the product specialist that helped us today. But his excellent customer services started before we even walked into the door. We were trying to find customer parking and he kindly pointed us to an available staff parking spot (in the rain with no umbrella) He was very helpful and very informative. He was able to find me a plan that fits into my budgeting. 100% recommend

I recently purchased a used car at Surrey Mitsubishi. I live ten hours away so I was concerned about integrity, service, and respect. The salesperson, sales manager, and finance person were all excellent, fair, responsive, and scrupulously honest. My expectations about the vehicle, the process of validation of its previous life, and the way I was treated were surpassed. I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle here, especially if you care about service and integrity. They have my highest rating.
Howard was exceptional in following up with me. He was very informative on the cars that he showed me. He led the way to a great Test Drive and answered all my questions. He listened to my needs for my lifestyle and never tried to stray me away from what i wanted to drive away in. Jasleen was also so caring and wanted the best deal for me in financing. I was worried of making a big purchase and extra costs associated with it. But i was relieved that i was dealing with a Mitsubishi Team that really wanted to help me make this happen!! Every card was on the table, with explanations. Thank you Howard and Jasleen!!
I would recommend the staff at Surrey Mitsubishi. We reached a fair price for my new vehicle and the service was excellent from my salesperson Raymond Lei as well as the Financial Services Manager Jessica Ward. Raymond reviewed all aspects of my vehicle, and ensured that I was well acquainted and comfortable with my vehicle before leaving their lot.
