Rude , there was this Indian man employee who was extremely rude to me...I did not say one word instead thanks him nicely when buying because as a young student I was scared and also I am a shy person , I dont have bad personality ,,I just wanted a cream and wanted to know a bit about it ,,so i only asked him 'will this cream have any side affect on my skin' the sad part he did not let me complete my sentence as I struggle a lot with my skin,,and also gets bullied a lot...the Indian employee ,he was like with angry tone voice 'do you want it? Yes or no' then helplessly i said yes because I walk for 1 hour to this shop and did not wanted to return empty hand at home. I believe no one has the right to be that rude...they r many people who have bad days ,,and me as customer I have been bullied badly at school and if someone else in shops also get rude to me then have mental depression, people can also have suicidal attempts..so next time please be nice to ur customers.thank you
Poor customers service. Specially those man with mustache and red eyes who always sit on desk are very rude. They don't know how to say hello or thanks. Many times i visited this store, I never seen those man speaking coustomer with smiling face. Totally unfrofessional.
