I've played here intermittently over the past 20 years and while it's not my go to golf course, I would definitely recommend the 9-hole short course for beginner golfers, children, or anyone looking for a quick round. The course was a little wet in some spots since it's been a rainy fall, but the greens were in good shape and rolled quick. The greens are fairly large, too. I like that this short course has four sets of tees for all levels of golfers and include a few par four holes. For the incredible price of 9.25 for 9 holes (walking), I'll definitely be back for my exercise. To the course: Be sure to rope off those super wet areas or make it cart path only on certain wet days. If you don't, the wet spots will not recover.

Great, reasonably priced course! Staff was friendly, course was in good shape and although a bit smaller, the course was challenging. I will definitely be back.

Best bang for your buck. I only played the 9 hole course and considering how most courses look this time of the year, it was in great shape. The driving range is in good shape too.

Is it the perfect golf course? No, but it is well maintained and is a great value for under 30 a round. Compared to a comparable course Harry L Jones, Sunset is better maintained and a much better value.

I have played this course around 20 times. It is not the best course in the world, but it is appropriately priced and a good value. It is generally easy to get a tee time and things move along better than other public courses in the area. They have good twilight rates. The greens are really good this year.
