Lovely little apartment, including everything we needed during our stay. Marco was a great host, very friendly and helped us out with extending our stay. Ok accommodation. Disliked that the Wi-Fi was down for the full duration of my trip.
Hotel is good for the price it charges. However some changes are required. 1) The furniture and fixtures of the apartment are very old. They need to be updated. 2) The cleaning of the apartments can be improved if instead of wasting time talking on the cell phone, the staff spent more time actually performing the cleaning. I spent 1 month in the hotel, the bed linen was changed only 3 times. One of the times I had to ask for. The bedspreads were removed for washing the first week and only returned in the last week. PLEASE, Bath towels need to be changed at least 2 times a week. And it needs to be cleaned under the bed, just like under the other furniture. The impression I have is that the cleanliness made is only for customers noticing that they had room service, when in fact they had not. 3) The pool can be cleaned at least once a month, throughout the period I stayed in the hotel I could not get into the pool any time because the water was dirty. PLEASE CLEAN THE SWIMMING POOL. 4) What bothered me the most is that on the website EXPEDIA says that each room has a washer and dryer machine. Well they DON'T . I took a few clothes thinking of enjoying this trip better, and I had to spend a lot of time washing clothes in my hand and buying more clothes, since the hotel does not have the machines as mentioned on the website and the price of laundry is expensive. Despite these details, the location is good. Only 30 min walking distance to downtown & Dunas.

It's a hotel like any other on the island. It's clean but crowded. Restaurants, rooms, front desk, pool - you name it - it's all in acceptable conditions. The visitors change with the time of the year. The lower your expectations the less you will be disappointed.
Nice for people who can climb stairs , we thought a bungalow had no stairs ,we have learned different now. Staff were very nice and polite
We stayed 12 days at Bungalows Servatur Sun's Gardens, and truly enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly, helpful and they keep it very clean. Saw them do water testing and clean the pool every morning. We arrived after midnight and they were there to greet & accommodate us. The bungalows are big enough, with a bedroom for 2 (beds side-by-side) and small bathroom upstairs, and a small living room with kitchen downstairs. It’s suitable for 2 persons, the bed in the living room can accommodate another person but I would not recommend that unless it’s a child. The kitchen has the necessities for cooking, 2 hotplates only. Overall, good value for money! There is a SPAR shop just around the corner, for the daily necessities. There are also a couple of restaurants close by, or just pop into a Taxi’s which are easy to get and affordable. If one want’s to be a negative, remember if you pay for a Skoda, do not expect a Roll‘s Royce. Not many of the staff speaks English, but with a little goodwill, finger talk and Google translate on the phone on gets along. It does really help, that they are friendly and service minded :-D The beds some claim are hard, they are, but we all slept well in them. Yes, the bungalows are smallish, well used and probably built some time ago. The interior & some of the outside shows sign of this, and maybe it could have been more kitchenware & more hotplates, but heck, good enough!
