Picked up their skylights from Lowe’s. Great quality and made from a local manufacturer, which I prefer to support small local businesses especially when it’s a good product. I called customer service because I had some questions on bulk ordering some more and they were able to provide multiple options for good value. I ended up purchasing more after waiting a few months to test the quality, still great performance with Florida weather.

As a frequent visitor of roofing and materials suppliers, I can say this is the worst customer experience ever. No signage to tell you where to go, no one around to help. I was left walking around on a self guided tour, 2 guys on their phones, only to hear "we're on break, come back in 5 minutes" what a joke. Skylights are pretty good though, they're usually what we use on roofs.

As others have stated their product doesn't last. I had two skylights replaced when my roof was done in 2011. Both were fine for being 10 years old and I wish I would have kept them. A few years ago I noticed the seal in between the panes start to pop out. I called the contractor and that started about a year of back-and-forth between him, Sun Tek and the supplier as to how to take care of the problem. Eventually I was sent out a replacement for the skylight pane but nobody has been willing to install it because nobody uses Sun-Tek skylights and they aren't familiar with the product. Thankfully there has been no leaking or damage. My second skylight is now failing as well. I'm having them replaced with Velux. So basically even if you get warranty service good luck getting them replaced.

We purchased two skylights and had them installed with a brand new roof and gutters approximately 5 years ago. After seeing some water damage in my home I had a roofer come out to take a look. He was able to determine and provide photo evidence that the seal on both skylights had become compromised and was allowing water into our home. I have been in touch with Sun-Tek via email and telephone for the last month with no progress on resolving this issue. They are in violation of the warranty policy and have not provided any replacement nor compensation for the damage caused to my home. Mrs. Cranston also will not answer my emails in a timely fashion. Only after I call to speak with her does she happen to be writing me a response. We will continue to seek the fulfillment of their warranty as their website promises “very simply, no water.”

Poor quality. After receiving a sky light dome with an obvious defect, a bubble in the lens, I was told by customer service that this is "box burn" and not covered by warranty. I don't see how this could happen in transit. Sun-Tek offered no help or resulotion.

Stay away. They are the worst sky lights and the customer service is terrible.
