We recently had Corad install the Velux 14" and we can't say enough... Love Love Love the skylight! The installation contractor definitely knows his "stuff" and it was installed in no time. He explained the warranty and left the appropriate paperwork. Definitely recommend this! Thank you!

I would like to let you know that I am extremely happy with the installation done at my house this weekend. Your crew was extremely professional, kind and patient with me. I had some doubts about the final location of the solar tube. They went over a few options with me and I am very happy with the final results. The brightness and the rage made my living room feel is so much bigger. I also would like to thank you both for the coordination with my roofer. As we had to wait 2 years to get rid of a bad roofer I was really stressed when time finally came to have the work done. You all made it as easy as possible. Thanks to Sarah & Sunny. :-)

Contacted Corad several weeks ago. They sent a competent man and he inspected the skylight I wanted replaced. He said it was a Kennedy skylight and it was in decent shape. I asked if they could quote both glass and poly hurricane rated skylights and he said it should take a week. Six weeks went by and follow-up communication was only one way, from me. I emailed them and called at least three time and their reply each time was that quote was on its way and the estimator would be calling me shortly. Well, after six weeks I gave up and asked them by email not to quote. They replied that I would get a call to explain their “issues” and that anyway, they could not do the job? I replied do not bother calling to explain and got a sarcastic email reply saying “bless you”. Total waste of time. I am on the other hand happy as if this was their quoting process, I would hate to experience how they actually executed a project. One simple skylight!
Jim was honest, courteous, professional and personable. I have been dealing with several vendors trying to fix a ceiling problem for months now. I had Corad replace skylights and then come back a few months later at the Suggestion of a different vendor who suggested I tint the skylights or install an attic fan. Jim explained he could use a screening on the skylights or perhaps install an attic fan but did not try to sell it to me. He said it would not solve the problem. He took a look in the attic and within 5 minutes found a leak in the air conditioner mixing box. By the way I had an air conditioner company who will remain nameless for now...they had come and replaced duct work and “sealed” all the seems. They have been back three times since and I am still having a problem. They said everything in the attic was fine. Regardless I wanted to give Jim and Corad the praise and thanks they deserve. Thanks Jim!
I'm so pleased I called Corad, Inc. I THOUGHT I needed a new skylight to match my impact windows and doors and save on my Home insurance. Jim inspected my Skylight and confirmed it was Miami-dade approved. He did not sell me anything I didn't need - I'm so grateful. Honest people!!
