Excellent. Nails done and bikini wax. Paper knickers supplied to save ruining mine. Genuine conversation during nails. Salon could do with a deep clean as its tatty in places. There doesn't seem to be enough space to store Hoover's etc so it's untidy at times. That aside the quality of service was excellent.

I don't know the name of the girl who did my spray tan, but she was very unprofessional, didn't come across like she cared, I felt rushed. I explained I felt nervous as it was a first time spray tan, she didn't make me feel at ease or take the time to give me any information. She didn't tell me I had to wait 5 minutes to dry before getting dressed, she didn't say to come out once done drying. I was confused as to what I was supposed to do so ended up calling my sister who is a beautician. Although the tan was a lovely colour, it was patchy under my arms, and terrible on my hands. My fingers were half white, half patchy orange. I mentioned this to her at checkout but she said it was a guide colour and it would be fine when washed off. It didn't. I went back the next day, on my son's first birthday! I asked for a private word as I didn't want to embarrass her Infront of clients and her colleagues. She was very rude, had a bad attitude on her and was so unprofessional. She offered to spray the hands again, I said I'd be happy to but I'm concerned it would go worse. Her response \do you want it or not\ again she made me feel so uncomfortable. Because of this girl I will not use this salon again, nor do I recommend. Due to it being my son's first birthday and baptism celebrations weekend I didn't have the time to speak to a manager, and felt after the whole weekend it would be too late to make a complaint. If I had time I would have complained to a manager, because she clearly needs speaking to. In her line of work she should give good customer service and make her clients feel relaxed and comfortable. This was for a special occasion, I was so disappointed.

Been a few times now to have my lashes done, very reasonable price for the quality. Always get lots of compliments and have recommended to most of my friends. Very welcoming friendly professional staff who always make me feel comfortable :) X
