Please do not leave reviews on this company if you bought your product of a website called mirrorfit.co.uk. Sumner mirrors and glass sold this website over a year ago and mirrorfit still have references on this site relating to Sumner mirrors and glass. Sumner mirrors and glass ltd has nothing at all to do with mirrorfit.co.uk and the last few 1 star reviews have mistakenly reviewed sumner mirrors and glass rather than mirrorfit.co.uk . Mirrorfit is owned by James Blake who is based in London.

Absolutley terrible experiance. Prior to ordering asked for delivery times and been advised 5-7 days which was ok. So I placed the order on 12/09/2020 and on 23/09/2020 I've been advised that they don't know when they will deliver maybe in current week maybe in next one. TERRIBLE
Appalling experience ordering from this firm, no wonder they have such a poor Google and Yell rating! - Based on previous online ratings and my experience, I would advise no one to purchase ANYTHING from this company EVER again! They do not even deserve 1 star and would give them 0 if I could... Their customer service is shockingly bad, so dreadfully rude. I first enquired whether I can purchase a mirror from them with a cutout for a standard plug socket. Without hesitation, they explained they could so as requested, I sent them the measurements. They explained this is something they do 'everyday' and they would be happy to do this for me. They quickly took my money, designed and cut the mirror. Whilst cutting they even called me and clarified the measurements and ended the call by saying \this will not be a problem\. The mirror arrived 7 days after ordering without any protection or packaging. I called the companies 24/7 advice telephone line before I installed the mirror to ensure I understood the fitting instructions, which confirmed I did. The mirror attached to the wall without any issues but less than 1 hour later, a large crack developed in the mirror. I immediately took pictures and videos and sent them by email to this unpleasant firm who didn't bother to respond. I had to call them day's later. On the phone James was quite simply outrageously rude, he explained ordering a fitting a mirror with a cutout for a plug socket is \stupid\ due to the fact that it may crack (THEY WERE QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY WITHOUT ADVISING ME OF THIS). After attempting to negotiate a refund of discount on another mirror, which they declined, James got extremely irate with me and attempted to patronise me after asking what I did for a living. BASED ON THIS, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FIRM, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.
Absoultly fantastic. Order placed for a mirror to be used behind a bar. Fairly priced and arrived in stated time. Look forward to using you again.
I would thoroughly recommend this company. I ordered a splashback and I was kept informed of the process from start to finish. Its easy to forget that for items like these, they are not sat waiting to be bought and then shipped immediately. Each one has to be made to order.
