The team who installed my solar system yesterday was the Matterhorn Crew. They were fantastic! All three were totally professional, efficient and pleasant; and, they literally did not stop until the installation was complete. I appreciated their considerate behavior regarding Covid protocols as I am over 65. I highly recommend Summit and this team in particular!

I had a great experience with Summit installing panels on my home in Decatur, GA. Great price, and great communication. But especially really pleased with the install team. They were amazing. Just very good at what they did, but also they enjoyed teaching my kids who were watching how everything was working. They clearly know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

So far my experience with Summit Solar has been trying! The lack of communications from my project coordinator has been very sad and unprofessional. Thankfully in these trying times, my employment was continued and I was able to stay working (not from home). If I received a phone call and no message was left, it was not followed up by an email. During this entire time he left 2 voicemails and when I returned the called back, I would leave a message and not receive another call. People would show up at the house when I wasn’t home or when I wasn’t supposed to be home. I was in the dark about 90% of the time of the entire installation. The installation crew was Fantastic, however doesn’t make up for the coordinator. I am now very concerned if I have a problem how will communications work then???? At this point I am very worried about my huge investment and don’t believe I would recommend Summit Solar to my friends and family.

Summit Solar recently wrapped up a ground mount install on our property, and the experience was positive from the start. Bob Arnett educated us and directed us throughout the process. The system has been up and running for a few days, and we are excited to see our meter buzzing backwards!
