Nice size portions of food. Variety of shakes. All the staff were great. I ordered the cookie monster shake. DELICIOUS. Everything was edible. My daughter ordered the princess shake. We were happy to sit indoors granted the pandemic. Plan to go the Los Angeles location when things open back up.

We visited Sugar Factor last night ( a Monday night) with a party of 9 and had a blast. We made a reservation for 7:30 and was seated immediately. JAVIER was our waiter and did a great job. Food came out a different times ,but when it came... it was fresh and hot. Drinks were great and the music was great. Milkshakes were also great. We'll definitely be back to try the King Kong dessert!!!!.

Wow what a treat! The social distancing patio set up made us (party of 3 adults, 3 kids) feel safe. Our waiter (sorry forgot his name) was super attentive, and went above and beyond! We had desert before our main meals, everything is delish, this is my 2nd time and will continue to come back. Had Mac/Cheese burger Bacon Blue cheese burger Sliders (not shown) Nutella Banana Milkshake Cotton Candy Milkshake Caramel Milkshake (probably not the right name)

Place is garbage. First tried it as the sugar factory. The lobster roll was horrible. The 2nd time, I didnt know Wild n Out Wings n Things was the same place, or I never would of ordered again but 2 hours after i placed the order, the restaurant canceled the order and then said it would be 5 days before they could refund me my money. I do not recommend anyone eat here. Both food and service are terrible.

Very surprised, being it was my 1st time, the price for everything was good. The watermelon pitbull drink was pretty good, (even tho I am not a fan of sweet drinks) great presentation making the drink too. The vibe for the restaurant was great, our server Lucas was awesome. Oh, I ordered the cheesey burger (has mac & cheese), which was messy, but delicious.
