This place is amazing! The food, drinks and atmosphere is second to none. It's pretty much what a child trapped in an adults body would dream of. And even with the focus on the sugar, the meals are what you you could expect from a 4 star restaurant! Definitely suggest a visit if you are near one of these treats!

They took us without a reservation. It was my birthday so I was really happy I didn’t have to wait. The food was excellent and I absolutely loved my fishbowl drink! If it wasn’t so pricey I’d be here every night.
This place is amazing when me and my family went in for my birthday they told us it was a 3 hour wait because of the busy schedule they had. Due to covid and no reservation available but this lady by the name of Danielle came right up and said we have a table available for a party of 5 and took us right in boy was i blessed and greatful and there was great service and food as well thank you for a great time sugar factory
We had a great experience visiting on a Tues, afternoon for my daughter's birthday. The chicken fingers and French fries were crispy and well seasoned. The turkey club was toasted perfectly with appropriate amounts of each ingredient, I chose the green beans as a side which were deliciously seasoned and a slightly smoked flavor. The steak and cheese was served with au jus, and delicious as well. I was surprised at the quality of the food since the deserts and drinks are the main attraction.
This is novelty place with great ambiance. The interior is filled with interesting pictures ranging from candy and cakes to celebrities and circus acts. The presentation of the drinks was nice. The wait to get in was unusually long. I opted for the bar for faster service. The drinks were forgettable in taste. I don’t believe I’ll be going back. Although I do recommend the experience.
