I posted that I was interested in trading my Dodge Ram pickup and got a call from Sal LoGrasso at Sudbay about a used GMC Denali that he thought I would be interested in looking at. Throughout the whole process Sal was a complete professional. I was able to take a test drive, discuss the trade in with Sal and walk away feeling no pressure. After thinking it through I decided the numbers were good on both ends of my transaction. I called Sal and requested another meeting to finalize the numbers. I met with the rest of the Sudbay team. They too were very professional without any gamesmanship or pressure. I highly recommend anyone to take the time and talk with Sal about what your trying to do. I was awaiting my first oil change for free when I peered into the bay area and noticed my tires being rotated! I did not expect that at all and was very appreciative of the extra service. The service manager was very concerned and asked if I had any complaints to report, which I did not and thanked him for his asking. My first experience with a new used car and it left a good taste.
