Terrible experience servicing here. For one, bait and switch alert, was quoted a price for Service B over phone when scheduling an appointment but was given a different pice at check-in. When questioned, was told this difference is for air and cabin filter change (service B, replace only if necessary). However, the advisor included those without even inspecting the car (at check-in). It looks like they just add up hoping customers wouldn't notice. Anyways, service was done and car was test driven for 5 km before releasing it. Turns out, they forgot to put oil cap and oil has leaked all over and cabin was filled with smoke smell. Tried calling for immediate service and they had to go check their schedule and weren't offering immediate assistance and had to wait for a day. Took it in and waited on their diagnosis, hoping they would come clean. Instead, the advisor comes up with some BS like oil spilled over filter during oil change etc. The best he could come up with a free oil change next time around. It is one thing to screw up but not owning up ain't cool. Stay away if you care about your car.

I was looking for a Subaru Outback and decided to contact Fiorella at Subaru Mississauga. She is very friendly, helpfull and professional. She helped me to prepare the best quote with all incentives I could get and get her manager to approve special discount for my 2020 Subaru Outback Limited model. She arranged my pickup date just one day after I came and signed all documents. She also helped me to pick the good number for my new license plate. She even looked for a big blue gift bow to put it on the car hood for me as a birthday's gift when I came picking up the car. I am really impressed with Subaru Mississauga service quality and friendly staffs, especially Fiorella. Recovering from the shock of the repair quote, we decided to look into other brands and decided on Subaru. Within 24 hrs we went from shock to being overjoyed as we were very happy with the team at Subaru of Mississauga, for their great welcoming environment, large selection and unbelievable safety precautions due to the pandemic. Any time you can commit so much money and walk away feeling good the seller must be doing something right!
