Traded in for a UK import, all dealt with wuthout any fuss. However assured vehicle had been fully serviced, only to discover air filter filthy & airbox full of leaves.
Wouldn't recommend and not much help if you have an old Defender. This Garage is more suited to the newer more plastic models of land rover.
Very quick service and very knowledgeable
Terrible time keeping and information, Went in for an one hour airbag recall campaign. After two hours i been informed they working on a different campaign to change software settings, finished all after 3.5 hours. Been told after, i need oil change, two lights are on in the dashboard, not driving withe the same power anymore and NCT coming up fast. When i called i got no solution and been threatened I’ll be in trouble if i post anything in social media. Not the customer service you expect!

I was in the garage today to look for a new car but I was it the shop for about 15 minutes and no one approached me. Amazing how a landrover a prestigious label can be failed by staff. Disappointed but I got a better deal on another garage where a bought a new top of the range Porsche
