BEWARE! Bought a used vehicle here and paid in full. They declared that they needed to run my credit to verify my identity and the vehicle being over 10k. I agreed figuring that would be it. Taking a second look at the invoice and they also charged me 299.00 for anti-theft stickers (to protect them, not me). I now feel as though they looked at me like a criminal with intent and then charged me extra for it! Don't let this ridiculous fee find it's way onto your invoice!

Cruz was awesome to deal with. He was very honest and straight forward. Didn't waste my time with back and forth nonsense, and got the deal done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend requesting Cruz if you're in the market for a vehicle. He was pleasant to work with and had an affable demeanor unlike a majority of sales consultants I've dealt with in the past.

After being out all day looking for a vehicle, I stumbled upon this place and it was heaven sent. I was helped by a salesman named Mr. Cruz that made my car buying experience extremely smooth and comfortable. I was not only treated with top care by mr. Cruz but even the walk through with John from finance was pleasant and quick. And let's not forget that management here is amazing he even took time out to greet me. Today was amazing I was treated like family and walked away happy and would recommend anyone that wants a smooth and peaceful car buying experience to come here

I made an appointment to see a used chevy silverado. The dealership is nice and new, the showroom is huge. It took them quite a while to get the vehicle I had an appointment to see. The vehicle was not that great, but I figured since I'm here I might as well see what they will give me for my trade-in and what the out the door price would be. I was at the dealership for about an hour and fourty minutes, and the manager wouldn't give me an out the door price. They kept pressuring me to name a price I wanted to pay and since I wouldn't they never even gave me a price. Strange. I understand that dealers don't want to give prices over the telephone, but in person? That's a first for me. So almost 2 hours spent and no price. Welp on to the next dealership.

Elgin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Indiana Called and spoke with one of their sales reps (Kathy) on the phone. After sending messages over their website telling them I was interested in a 2021 wrangler. After going through my notes and verifying each other’s info she asked me when I wanted to come into the store to sit down with them. I told her I had no interest in doing that. I’ve already test driven the vehicle as well as also currently own one and don’t need help with financing, when I come in it would be to take delivery of the vehicle. I was very matter of factly (not rude, yet, but close) informed that it was store policy I had to come in and sit down to discuss in person. She never even asked me my zip code to see how far away I was. As if it’s not even relevant that I live 3 hours away. I have to drive six hours multiple times to get a car from you? At this point I told her I’ve discussed with many other dealerships and gotten pricing sheets as well as offers without having to come in and sit down. Instead of giving me knew options or information she repeated the exact same lines about store policy! I asked her if they had no other options or systems set up in place for virtual meetings and even told her I would be willing to video chat especially because of COVID. She repeated exactly the same thing she said before except sounding extremely bored and monotone. I hung up. This is extremely unprofessional especially if you know someone does not need financing and is looking at a vehicle that with any options or electronics hits 40k every time. Not to mention borderline unsafe in today’s environment especially for those with health concerns/ in at risk groups. Which I am. I could not be more unsatisfied with your professionalism or customer courtesy and commitment to make sales which is arguably your entire purpose. -Brandon
