DB9 GT purchase and trade-in. Overall service by staff member Simon Lloyd: 10/10. In particular his engagement in finding a mutually acceptable way forward (price / lockdown issues etc) and his personal ownership of the transaction all the way through to delivery including his proactive and prompt sorting of any queries and issues as they came up. A great experience largely as a result of Simon’s efforts.

Honestly the worst customer experience I’ve ever dealt with after buying an Aston Martin from here, tyre pressure monitor system went wrong within the first week which they sorted out no problem, then a month later it went wrong again, pandemic happened, took it to them this week and telling me it’s 451 per sensor to change, the car went wrong within a month and they want to charge me that, it’s not covered under warranty apparently. What a joke, didn’t even offer a courtesy car while my car was in, next time I’ll be shopping with Porsche. UPDATE* Barry and Petra dealt with me and my Vantage S and honesty they have restored my faith in Aston Martin, they treat customers of this prestigious brand how they are supposed to be treated.
