If you have a pool or hot tub in the area, this is the only place you should be going for products and advice. I bought my first house with a hot tub (which I knew nothing about). Took up a water sample and this lovely couple took the time to explain how to fix my chemical imbalance, some bonus tips on regular spa maintenance and even how to use the chemicals that were left with the house. I likely would have ruined the hot tub if it weren't for them. Top notch service, extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough good things about my experience.

Best service I have ever experienced. We are new pool owners, we know nothing about pools and unfortunately the company we purchased the pool from pretty much abandoned us after they got our money. We had this beautiful pool and couldn’t swim in it because we had no clue what to do. After calling and constantly emailing with no responses a friend suggested I go to LA pool and spa. Not only did they help me with water testing, Greg came to our house and showed us how to use everything. They are extremely kind, they were extremely professional and I appreciated that they were wearing masks and gloves. They are providing top notch service while keeping the health and safety of the community in mind during COVID. I felt like they cared, I didn’t feel like a number and I can’t thank them enough for turning such a stressful situation into an amazing experience. What an honor it is to have such an amazing local business!
Great place to get your pool necessities, and owners are great people
Greg and Brenda are tremendous. No question or problem too small. Greg came to my home and installed a pump( in the dark and 5 celsius) and finished after we had retired for the evening. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Besides, they are truly wonderful people.
Greg and Brenda are very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about pools and spas. They take their time with you and don't rush you. They meet all your needs for pools and spas. The store is Well stocked and if they do not have What you need they find it for you!
