Went to stoves and spares for the first time today to buy a couple of parts for my Woodward stove (really great stove) and met a chap called Harry. He could not have been more helpful or kind. He had the parts (glass and fire bricks) to hand and showed me what to do. His prices were excellent compared to others. Highly recommend!

Richard and his team provided us with an excellent service, nothing was too much trouble. We found that Richard was one of the few people who actually gave us valuable information about the products available. We had quotes from other companies but they seemed to be telling us what we were going to have. Rather than listen to what we wanted. Richard and his team listened to what we wanted and provide us with a brilliant solution. We are delighted with the end product, it does everything we wanted. Thanks Richard.
