Right now visitors are not allowed past the door, for safety reasons, in relation to COVID. Anyone coming in for repairs or services is allowed in as long as they are booked and they are wearing a mask (unless they can show they are exempt). They are taking the safety measures very seriously but at the same time they were very friendly and courteous. We were greeted in a very friendly way even by someone working in the garage when he came to us as we looked lost (and we were a bit) and he explained what we should do. For our day of servicing we were not offered a courtesy car, which is a pity from such a premium brand but that is the only improvement I would potentially see as important. Of course, I have not yet seen the result yet so I can’t comment on that yet :)

Never buy anything from this dealership. I bout a car from them they deliver the car with faults. Like oil leaking, auxiliary belt damage,gear box switch broken,cup chiller not working ,2nd row seat recliner lever broken and worn out sterring wheel. I bout the car around 1 month ago I reported the faults same day I got the car delivered . They book me in slough mercedes. Now here I stand i had car for 1 week and they had car for 3 weeks already and 4th week going to stat tomorrow. Now about the professionalism when I rang the once they see my number don't bother to answer my calls or sometimes pick up the call and hangs up..they used me like a tabletennis ball Stourbridge says we given them go shead slough say they didn't. I sm attaching some proof as what they done and how they treat their customers once you pay the Money.

Excellent. The staff here were very freindly and helpful when I booked my car in for a tyre change and annual service. Very high standard. Highly recommend.

Gemma (Service Manager) Saves the day. I booked my first service as owner of my GLA Mercedes through the Salesman who sold me the car 7 months ago, however, it was not booked in when I arrived at the agreed time and date, and the Salesman had left the dealership...... Gemma saved the day rebooking me in at another suitable date and time and agreed price. I arrived and she greeted me sat me down with a lovely cup of coffee, whisked my key away and arranged for the Service to be carried out. The car was returned to me after the bill and Service History was updated and fully explained. Washed, Vacuumed and in pristine condition. Well Done and Thank you.

Bearing in mind the entire transaction had to be remote, and was ew to me\ ( I have always test driven every car I have owned, so this was weird), i was made to feel that everything possible was being done to reassure me as a customer. Dave Yoxall was more than faultless in every way. He was excellent. My experience was excellent. I literally have already recommended Dave to friends thinking of buy new cars, although I suspect they will wait until post lockdown.
