Moved to the area about 6 months ago, I was nervous about having to find a good quality primary care dr that actually listened to patient’s concerns. Since the first time I have seen Dr Ball, I have been nothing but impressed and at ease with her level of care. She truly takes the time to listen. Very friendly staff, very minimal wait time, and promptness with service. Recommended!

Really disappointed with my whole experience. Front desk staff refused to let me talk to the nurse prior to my husband bringing out daughter in because she wasn't an \existing\ patient. Eventhough she had been seen the week prior for her flu shot. I wanted to give the nursing staff a rundown of the treatments I had used at home and the course of the rash. I'm in health care and a nurse. I've never worked in any position where I wasn't accessible to patients. Isn't this why nurses are the most trusted profession? This was only the beginning of the unprofessional behavior. The nurse that called me back was very unprofessional and explained she never even went in the room when my daughter was being seen. I called the manager to complain and I still haven't been called back..... We won't be back. The rash was misdiagnosed and is being treated by another provider at SSM now.

Dr. Ball was great but that's about all the positive comments I have. I was there for a physical and got charged for an office visit which my insurance wont pay for. 3 months later and they still cant seem to get the charges changed. I've contacted them multiple times and they say they will change it but still waiting. Then went to pick up my prescription today from a different pharmacy and they said that I couldn't get it yet because I wasnt due for it. Dr. Ball had changed my prescription halfway through and they were supposed to send a new prescription to the pharmacy. Well that didnt happen. Overall very disappointed with their customer care. They have made everything as difficult as possible.

Update: It took 3 weeks for Unity Point Stoughton clinic to collaborate with the referral with Stoughton Hospital just to schedule an appointment. with no success, With my frustrations, For the very first time I called UW Heath Madison to transfer in their clinic instead I got connected to a friendly helpful attendant/ receptionist, she was right on the ball, got me connected to a new primary doctor and schedule my appointment all this in one day..! The same day. What I big different in quality service.
