Great set up on covid times. No entry to waiting rooms but there are seats under cover. Contractless payments, everyone in masks. Nice, well planned and safe.

Michael Baker in the stocks department of Protyre has helped me all the way with my complaint related to a Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyre which developed a fault 10miles into driving on it. As a consequence of Michael’s help I will be getting a full refund and replacement tyre.

Not happy with the service I received. Booked a van for trekking 3 days in advance, nothing wrong with shock absorber, been told I should get it fixed before come. Resulting in me spending 215 to get it done Called and made another appointment, for today, Before leaving mechanic I called once again to check if we were still ok for 4-pm. Arrived one minute before 4-pm. And been told trekking cannot be done as the lasers broke. They had all day to infirm me it was broke and then when I called at 3.30-pm before wasting my time and fuel Not happy with the service as it has resulted in 2 days being wasted and I spending 215 in order to put a shock absorber even when it was not required as the main dealer (Mercedes) said. Terrible business affecting small businesses. No good this. Would not be coming here again.
