I would not give this place nothing they have completely ruined my daughter's 1200 wedding dress she took in here almost 6 weeks ago to be cleared and one of the women put her dress in a dryer and has completely ruined it they say they sent it somewhere for someone to fix it well today we got a phone call to go pick it up today and not one thing as been done with the dress it is an absolute joke I am so angry the only place for the beautiful 1200 dress is the BIN they should be ashamed of wot they have done

My wife dress we bought here to be dry cleaned, was taken in with 2 small holes in the back due to people standing on the dress through out the night (photo was taken before going to the dry cleaners) the lady on shift took the dress said she does them on a regular basis not once was a waver signed or a declaration that the dress was at our own risk which the shop keep saying there was!! I would like to see this signed paper work?!? My wife had a phone call off the lady who done it to say she can go and pick the dress up we went to the shop where she stood there saying it's never happened before it was a cheap dress I would not call 1200 a cheap dress,it was burnt melted in places and ripped to shreds (photos was taken) but once have we had an apology yes the owner said his friend did alterations he wanted to help took the dress there and 4 weeks later it's back they have done nothing to amend the dress other than stitch the breast pad back into the dress that they had melted away! Further holes and damages to the dress!! Contacr details for the shop it was taken to was given how ever you could never get hold of the man fixing the dress once we spoke to him and he was rude saying \it's not a priority am doing it as a favour\ absolutely disgusting customer service my wife now has the dress back and not a thing can be done as they have absolutely ruined the dress not once has anyone apologised or tried to help other than pass it to someone else who couldn't be bothered to even look at the dress....have taken legal advice on the situation and will be requesting a copy of the waiver or the declaration that was apparently mentioned when the dress was dropped off!! Woukd also just like to clarify the woman who called my wife's dress \Cheap\ also bought her daughters from the same shop so need I say no more!!
