Awful company. Useless and con artists. We ordered a fireplace and the electric fire part would not fit in the cast iron part. Returned the item, and have waited for over a month for the refund. My wife telephoned only to be spoken to like rubbish and lied to, by some jumped up idiot who blamed the manufacturer for the delay in the refund, and kept saying that she was speaking in a raised voice, which I can definitely say she wasn't. Grow a back bone take responsibility for your company and the products you sell. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a stove from this company and wish I read the reviews first. it was a hassle from start to finish dealing with the employees of this company, never call you back when they say they will (once they did) and you won't hear from them until you chase them up, I don't think I ever got to speak to the same person twice and when you do get through nobody has a clue what's going on. received an email on the 27th of October stating the stove would be with us by the Friday or early next week, on tues the 3/11/20 I sent an email stating I have not even received word of when the stove would arrive and was told there is a struggle with communications with hunter. the stove is ok but far from perfect and the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. shop elsewhere you can get the same product without the hassle. (3/11/20 my reply to george. I am pleased to tell you the dpd delivery arrived as planned although it only contained a enamel pipe and the register plate and no glove. I still have recieved any information regarding the stove and have contacted you're company in numerous occasions to wich I am told I will receive a call back and that has only happened once so far. I have called this morning again to be told there is a struggle with communications with Hunter so I am still unclear as to when this stove could possibly be delivered. Please could you inform me of any similar product you have in stock otherwise let me know the process for cancelling the order. Many thanks David elder. this is my reply on the 3rd of November after still not even receiving information as to when it will arrive. only after this email did I receive a valid response.
Re editing my review, as I managed to fix my problem with the product I ordered! The customer service was good in the end! Thanks to two good employees who called back alot with different takes on how to fix the product, even though technically it isn't their place to! If anyone is having issues installing the heater into the stove, remove the screws on the heater, not the stove!
Very competitive pricing of products and delivery. Excellent and helpful customer services on the multiple occasions that we visited the showroom and/or made contact and on the phone. Would not hesitate to recommend to others looking to purchase a multi fuel stove and accessories.
Rang up the shop to see if it was open on Sunday due to the Corona. Was told it was open,turned up shop closed waste of my time.
