I really appreciated the kindness and patience that everyone had that I came in contact with, even over the phone. I especially loved and respected the professionalism of the service department and my service advisor named Francine. She explained everything very well and clear and made me feel very comfortable during the entire process of my service. Just experienced the worst customer service phone call I’ve ever had with the Finance Manager at Stinnett Buick/Chevy. First time I experienced a car dealership not wanting my business, Stinnett you should be ashamed of the way your Finance Manager treats your potential customers, all I can say to the General Manager is business must be booming for you to allow Brandon to treat people the way he did. Beware people best to take your business elsewhere
