If you are woman expect to not receiving the whole story. I took my car in with a code I knew and was told my car was not misfiring today so they were not sure what was causing the code but they didn't reset the code so I could watch it. Will never take my car there again.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced and no one ever apologized for their mistakes during this whole week with the dealership. Purchased vehicle last Friday with sales consultant Steven Canon and his manger Moyota Klgi. During inspection and before purchasing the vehicle there was a button that needed to be replaced and I requested a spare key. I brought the vehicle in the following Thursday and was given a loaner car that reeked of cigarettes. I was told it should only take 10-15 minutes for the button and the key would be finished when the lock smith arrived. After 4 hours I called the dealership to check on the status of the repair and they told me that the button, that was noted in the inspection as needing to be replaced, had just been ordered today and vehicle should be ready tomorrow. I voiced my frustration that I don't want to be driving around a vehicle that smelled like cigarettes when I would have to travel with my newborn child and that this part should have been ordered last week. I requested a new loaner but when I arrived my vehicle was out front and they told me to just take my vehicle and bring it in tomorrow. I noticed damage to my vehicle and my tail light had crack in it. As I go to start my car with the new spare key I got, it didn't work. So I just wasted a whole day to only have my vehicle damaged. I was assured my sales consultant Steven would arrive at 8:15 the next morning with a new loaner and would take my vehicle in to be repaired for the tail light, button, and spare key. Steven arrived at 8:40. My vehicle was returned to my house and the button had been replaced and spare key worked, but the tail light had an error message stating the tail light had failed. I am taking my vehicle elsewhere to be serviced and again not once did anyone apologize to me. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere to save yourself the hassle.
