Click and collect! I emailed Toyota Birmingham late one night and was contacted the very next day by Theo who answered all my questions very knowledgeably and with ease, he told me he would send a video of the car I was looking at straight to my inbox, showing me the inside and outside of it whilst describing it also, the video arrived within an hour or so and was a good presentation. I liked the video of the car so the next step was to meet at the dealership to take a look for myself. Theo was on hand to show me around the car and to answer every question I threw at him which was quite a few, he remained confident and answered with ease and clarity. I was happy with my choice of car and agreed to purchase but never felt pressured to do so. He then guided me through the purchase which was very straightforward so much so I couldn’t believe it was done! I’d like to thank everyone at Toyota Birmingham but I only dealt with one person throughout which I actually preferred as you know who your point of contact is and who to go to. All in all I’m very pleased with the whole process and a big shout out to Theo who was an excellent communicator by email and telephone throughout. Thanks again! Gary.

Wife purchased a Yaris icon 1.5 here and she really loves it. It was a used 2017 model, but the experience was like buying a new car. Tim made us feel comfortable at all times, no pushy sales tactics which we witnessed at other dealerships around the Midlands, listened to our needs and met our requests. We could tell their professionalism comes from management down. It's quite a large dealership, so it's easy to visit/park and there was a lot of choice. Tim even drove the car to our house to view before purchasing which saved us a lot of time. Highly satisfied and would recommend to our friends and family.
Exclusive. Great communication with me and my partner and another branch, explaining thoroughly, whist we were resolving major issues with another branch far away. Showed a great deal of good will gesture! Tracy from the first phone call assisted me through out to and Tom (Manager) proficiently resolved our concern in a test drive. Toyota Birmingham was the one to remember for it game console as a 12 year old, my 1st visit and now for courtesy car, managing both my visits well, its private booth.
I collected my used car today, Theo provided an excellent service from start to finish. He listened to my requirements for the car and worked within my budget. Theo’s knowledge of the car and his enthusiasm for Toyota as a company was great and no question was a silly question. Theo was able to negotiate a price with Omar to fit my budget. Theo said he didn’t want me to over stretch my budget as this would not sit well with him showing his understanding. I would recommend Toyota to my friends and with Theo’s guidance the experience will be enjoyable.
Extremely professional service. Highly recommend. We've just purchased our new Toyota Prius 2020 model brand new at an extremely affordable price.
