I haven't been to a Red Lobster in years. My mom wanted to go and we're so glad we did. The service and food was outstanding. Glad to see it's still a good place to go for a sit down great meal.

Not too bad for an hour wait for a Valentine’s Day dinner. Food is great as always, generous amount of Cheese bay biscuits, love them! We were seated at the bar area. However, the non-stop ringing of the phone while we were eating ruined the dinner, I almost had a migraine and I almost yelled “will somebody please answer the d*mn phone??” It was annoying, for real! Next time, I will refuse any seating at the bar area until they assure me that the phone will not be heard there. (this review is not for the Sterling Heights location, but for the Rochester Hills location, I apologize.)
Food was good. Not the best. Disappointed that broccoli is no longer offered as a side. Biscuits and crab were kind of cold. Ordered online and did curbside pickup. It took 20 min to get my food. It did not even appear to be that busy. Only one other car was waiting. Had to call 3 times. 1 st time got put on hold and never got back to. Made me lose my appetite. I would avoid doing curbside. Also, the employee was wearing casual clothes. You couldn’t tell that he worked at Red Lobster. That also added to my lost appetite. I want to give 2 stars, but the food wasn’t horrible. Just the service unfortunately. The employee never said sorry for the delay either, which would have made a difference.
We ordered the Family bundle shrimp linguine, so disappointed! The portion size could barely feed 2 people. Seems if we ordered the individual meal for half the price we would have gotten more food, don't waste your money!
I was looking forward to the November Shrimp Festival Ayce. But that promotion is not an effect this year so therefore we came on a Monday night for the endless shrimp. The parrot cove /coconut shrimp and Pina Colada dip was the Winner As was Walts Favorite. Not so sure what Red Lobster has done to their shrimp scampi recipe but it's nothing like it was 2 years ago. We had Desiree as a super timely and joyous server Great Pace Speedy refills Very charming gal. We couldn't decide on what side we wanted so she was kind enough to split our coleslaw so we can share. Social distancing in effect every other booth every other table. Plus signing in Name Ph#
