Our company recently moved its manufacturing process to a new building. Everything is great, except that the steel stairs leading to the administrative offices were just incredibly unsafe. We hired Steel Fabricators to design and install something better. They fashioned a set of stairs and platform that are so well built and sturdy. I much prefer them over the old wooden stairs with the rickety railing that was there before. The metal railings give me a much better sense of security when I hold on to the to climb descend the step from the office.

Steel Fabricators installed 20 expanded metal window guards at our new offices in New Jersey about two weeks ago and we were very happy with the work. The guys are all long-term employees who are dedicated and knowledgeable. My husband was going to do the work himself, but we decided to use a professional for safety reasons after doing more research on removal and installation. Our investment has paid off, as the work was done while we were on vacation and we came back relaxed and ready to open our new location. We have had a rash of car burglaries and an attempted break-in at our Bronx facility. In an attempt to protect both our company and our employee’s property, my partner and I hired Steel Fabricators to install a steel fence around our parking area. After much discussion, and a thorough and professional consultation with Matt from Steel Fabricators, we decided to go with the expanded metal mesh fencing with the motorized roll down gate. They were also able to construct a metal mesh cage area that worked as a station for the security guards that was unobtrusive and didn’t affect the flow in our warehouse.
Renovations began on our apartment buildings in Manhattan over six months ago, but we only found Steel Fabricators last month after being unimpressed with a few other quotes. Since they took over the job of installing structural steel tubular supports things have really sped up. They do all the work in house and do not outsource to any other contractors, so there’s no lag time. All the guys on the floor seem to really enjoy their jobs I noticed. They have been working at Steel Masters for 25 years in some cases and this shows up as a positive attitude and a lot of laughter, something that surprised me. Great working with them and we will be continuing to do so.
