I never had an issue at he clinic, but if someone is rude they should be repermanded or just leave and get another line of work.

Would sure be nice if someone would answer the phone so you don't have to drive down just to ask a question or make an appointment. I had to contact centralized scheduling for help and even they could not get in contact with anyone at the Staten Island Clinic.

Dr farrough is an angel.and their eye doctor Is a sweat heart. The rest of staff is great. It makes you feel good that there still people How really care still in this world!!!

There is this one nurse at the desk there at the VA clinic who is nasty nasty woman. She always has an attitude and is very rude to the vets.
