Star has been a class act helping our students become successful machinists who hold high tolerances and achieve excellent quality. It is unfortunate when young individuals are hired at a company like Star as an intern, or a new hire, expect to have the assignments, status, and/or pay of very experienced Company Team Members, and can't due to their limited skills and experience. It is even more unfortunate when those same individuals leave \with both guns drawn\, demeaning both the company and the Leaders within the company who gave them the shot at a good career with a good company. Sad. Star Precision Technologies is a strong, growing company that has doubled it's workforce in 15 months and is becoming a World Class company both in terms of serving both its growing customer base and its Employees. employees.
