Clean and safe. One female security guard was real determined to enforce silly rules like no hoodies. She yelled at my 11 yr old for his hoodie up 5 min after we sat down. (It was a cold winter evening) Then she yelled at other people who just walked in. Then annoyingly announced it over the PA at least twice while we were there. Power trip much? I’m not holding this women’s actions against the station. I felt like she had been a prison officer at one point and forgot that she’s dealing with the public now. Whoa.

It was kept clean throughout my layover here, with staff cleaning the seats every once in a while due to COVID. I wish there was more to eat but they have plenty of snacks (and some expensive food items) and they have some charging stations free for people to use. The staff was helpful with any questions anyone had and nice
Train was running late. I had to reschedule second length of my trip from St Louis to Wisconsin. The ticket agent was friendly and accommodating.
Clean ride, no hassle travel. Will ride again. All of the staff were both courteous and reasonable.
