This place was wonderful. We will be returning. They do supply towels and washcloths. They even supply dish washing liquid for you to wash your dishes, a coffee pot, and microwave. It was beautiful there.

I really enjoyed this surprising gold mine in the midst of the bayous of Louisiana. I came to the park for other reasons but found myself just enjoying the park itself. I used the park as a location finder for my civil war research but wound up staying in the park for a few hours enjoying the Spectacular views. You get a great sense of the peace and serenity of the area in this park and it is wonderful venue for the creative spirit. Fishing is good. The people are very friendly and you can boat, picnic or frolic here. Definitely a well kept secret.

Great park. Beautiful surroundings. Just remember to pack just about everything before you get here as there walmart or anything close by, just one small grocery store about ten minutes away

Wonderful State park. Beautiful setting right on the lake. There is a small playground and a splash park. Access to the lake via boat launch or just fish off the pier. The comfort station is new. No trails to walk but just walking around the park was nice. Appears they are updateing the camp sites with sewers. Loved our stay. Highly reccomend.

Stopped in without our RV to check it out. Beautiful, Clean great spacious sites. By far their best Amenity is Elaine the office host! We will be back with boat and RV!
