Unassuming cathedral from the front. Couldn't find a way in so went in through a side door. Nobody objected to us being there. Beautiful stained glass windows probably the main feature. Ceiling features US states on one side, Scottish towns on the other. Not sure what the story is behind the states.

I’ve been going to this church since 2008 and always felt welcome and have been a member ever since. A nice Anglican communion church for the traveler visiting Aberdeen and easy to locate after arrival at the train or bus station; it’s just off union street heading to the towards the direction of the beach.
A cathedral between two small buildings, that are bigger than the cathedral. It's really easy to miss

I went there today to see the Noon concert, live music. Today's was 20th Century American Jazz and Blues inspired piano works, played by Lesley Ann Hastie. She was absolutely breathtaking with her playing. Such a lot of talent, and a beautiful person. Please go to these little concerts. They're so delightful, and there's a buffet lunch afterwards, the, coffee etc, for a small donation.
