I experienced great sales service and the fireplace was fitted well. However, when things started going wrong a few years later and out of the warranty period they were not at all interested in rectifying the problem even though I was willing to pay for the service All they are interested in doing is selling you the fireplace. I spent 7k on the fireplace and they have literally left me out in the cold! Don't use them!

Helpful staff in showroom. Nice displays. was very hot upstairs! Fitting was stress free, left fitters to it and came back to completed fireplace that was left nice and tidy. Although not the cheapest around it pays to get good service.
He was very helpful and put are minds at ease.
Good social distancing and very helpful guy.
Good selection, knowledgeable staff - but it's hot!
