Well I stayed there at my parents a few times. Overall it is very nice and well-run...but the over-zealous gardening, landscaping, and the like creates an almost-daily racket of noise, large clouds of dust coat everything at least once a week, but you never know when it will be so you can't even close your windows. It is soooo quiet and then the roar of chainsaws, leafblowers, various tractors and other machinery, lawnmowers...i mean it seems endless. And in the natural area they literally manicure every last blade of grass...and sprinklers come on seemingly randomly..i've gotten blasted more than once on an early evening walk. They need to rein it in a little and only do this kind of maintence on known days..and don't start at like 730 in the morning either..another point. Pool could be heated more too. But it is a very nice area in almost every other respect.
